Going

Hi,
Yesterday was a busy one. We tried to get an appointment at the Apple Store for some service on Lisa's computer but learned that the earliest opening was Wednesday. On to plan 'B'. Many copies had to be made for our visit to the Thai Consulate in the afternoon.
Nice to see that someone knew the song without the help of Mr. Google. Before I forget, I forgot to tell you the name of a previous song. It was "1,2,3" by Len Barry. Oooops. Now, as for the current tune we're pondering: "__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __, they are a boy and girl." Hint: This group left us with tears on our collective pillows back in the day.
In the afternoon we met Blue, Joyce and Ming at the Thai Consulate to take care of some business with our property. As part of the process we had to go across the street and get documents notarized, wait, get copies made, wait and then finish. It was actually rather painless and we got a lot accomplished.
After we finished our business we went for a late lunch at a place called Grand Lux in the Beverly Center. The food was good, in mass quantities, and we did our traditional gift exchange and had a wonderful time. Ming told us about his first quarter at Stanford and we laughed a lot.
This morning we're headed up to Northern California to visit Joe (Lisa's Dad), lunch with the Oakland Cousins and then coffee with the Athas family right before getting back on the plane to LAX. It's going to be quite a whirlwind tour. We usually stay overnight but we're trying to do it in a day. (Ha)
It's time for a Happy Tuesday.

Peace,
Danny
