Perception

 Hi,

The weather here was beautiful today.  The clouds from overnight slowly went away and we had an almost clear evening with a full moon.

A few of you knew the ‘Jazzy Wednesday’ tune.  I suppose when enough Jazz singers adopt a tune, it’s a Jazz tune.
“Is your figure less that Greek?  Is your mouth a little weak?  When you open it to speak, are you smart?  But don’t change a hair for me, not if you care for me.  Stay, little __ stay.  Each day is __ day.”  Clue:  The title is actually three words, but the blanks are the key word.  Think: romantic holiday.

Our morning was a little different today.  Of course, it’s always good to mix things up occasionally, so we began by taking 'The Boy’ (JaiDee) to The Wanderer for the mid-morning snack.  The sound of the geese down by the river caught his attention immediately and he spent most of the time quietly looking out into the woods.  Something else must have moved out there and between the two things, he was very low maintenance the whole time.

After the adventure at the woods we took JaiDee home and dashed off to Central Plaza Mall.  We might have made it by the opening time but there was a detour due to road work.  In that brief time, a lot of parking was devoured, but we got a pretty good spot.  It was time to renew our subscription to our TV provider.  We like to do it on an annual basis, keeps life simpler.  When we arrived at the ’shop’, there was a line of customers waiting for help with various things.  While we waited we listened to our current audio book and it passed the time just fine.  There were a few outbursts of laughter from us that probably looked funny to anyone noticing.  Imagine, watching two people sitting in a waiting area and they suddenly start laughing.  What?

After dinner we were entertained by Nitchanan.  Outside, she demonstrated her scooter riding skills, and then her bicycle talent.  We also watched as she wore her sandals every way possible.  Inside, she brought out a bunch of books and first Lisa read to her and then I read.  The books are in English and she knows some words, and if she doesn’t know, she’s very good at pantomime.

Today’s photo was taken by Natcha during the ‘reading session’.  JaiDee joined us for a few pages and then decided he wanted to taste the book.  He had to go.

Feels like a Wacky Wednesday.    Pick up a few ‘fashion masks’ and make a statement.

                         Peace,
                                   Danny
