Beauty

 Hi,

There were clouds that began moving in early, but nothing that looked like rain.  We ended up with another nice day.

The ‘Jazzy Wednesday’ tune was originally written as an instrumental for a big band, then later the lyrics were written.  “Baby, shall we go out skippin?  Careful amigo, you’re flippin’.  Speaks Latin, that __ __.  She’s nobody’s fool so I’m playin’ it cool as can be.  I’ll give you a whirl but I ain’t for no girl catchin’ me.  Switcheroony…”  Clue: The band leader is not a King or a Prince, but he claims another royal title (555)  There are many notable vocalists who have sung this tune.  Take your pick.

This morning was special.  This was the day JaiDee had an appointment to get his feet ‘done’.  I know, they're really paws, but it’s more fun this way.  Anyway, he had an 11 o’clock with the groomer at Dr. View’s, so we took him to Chivit Thamma Da.  Before we even got our coffee, he had a selfie taken with a new friend.  This guy just rushed up and started talking about how he had to have his picture taken with JaiDee.

At Dr. View’s clinic it was business as usual.  It took three women to hold him down while the fourth trimmed the fur between his toes.

This afternoon we went to immigration for our 90 day check-in.  The place was empty, which is the way we like it.  We handed our passports to one of our friends behind the counter and about 10 minutes later it was all over.  From there, we went to Makro for dog related food items (555).  Some of the carts were large-sized and filled to the brim.  The place was very busy, but we got a good checker and escaped with our sanity.

During our travels around town, I sometimes notice when a business has changed hands and ‘motif’.  Today I saw a restaurant/coffee shop called “The Inbox”.  Yesterday it was a tiny coffee shop called “Pheromones”.  I’m sure there are more clever names out there just waiting for me to notice.

This morning I tried to capture the dogs playing in the living room.  It was a pretty hectic time, but I think you can see the ‘motion’ in the first pic.  In the second, it’s that look that says, “We were just playing.”

Have a Thrilling Thursday.

                      Peace,
                                Danny
