Future

Hi,

This weather thing is getting pretty boring.  Almost the same day everyday.  There are some variations on the temp, but it’s all on the hot side during the day.  The evenings are definitely cooler based on the water in the pool.  Those cold nights keep it from warming up for swimming.  

So, I’m sure that more than a few of you know this song.  Look at the chorus to this ‘Easy Monday’ song and write to me.  “__ __ __ __, my friends.  And we’ll keep on fighting till the end.  __ __ __ __, __ __ __ __, no time for losers ‘cause __ __ __ __ of the World.  Hint:  Oh, come on.

This morning Daku was a running thing when we took him out.  He missed his playtime yesterday and he was bursting with energy.  Usually, he will run a few times across the lawn and then settle into a fast trot for the rest of the time.  Today he was really into it for a long time.  This afternoon when I took him out he did his ‘crazy run’ (tears full speed around the yard) for a few minutes and returned with a smile on his face (555).  He’s going to miss his playtime for a few more days this week.

Khan Noot came by today and dropped off a coconut pie she made, using all ingredients from the coconut.  Yesterday we took her brownies made with coconut flour and she’s been studying this new method of baking.  Try not to dive into the screen (555).

 

Tomorrow morning we take the bus down to Chiang Mai.  The trip is a bundle of unknowns at this point, so we really have to take it one step at a time.  After my 3pm appointment we will find out when they can do the procedure and how long I will have to stay in Chiang Mai.  What this means is, packing our bags is a guessing game.  Oh well, Adventures in Thailand takes on new meaning.
