Worry

Hi,

Another clear day in Chiang Rai. Another clear night, with a beautiful, full moon. That's why this is coming to you late. I've been out howling at the moon. (555)

The 'Easy Monday' song was "I Can See Clearly Now". It was a radio hit by Johnny Nash, then recorded by Jimmie Cliff, and then Bob Marley. Since no one as given me a year to draw from, I get to play 'Dealer's Choice' again. Do you know this?: "I like to dream yes, right between my sound machine, on a cloud of sound I drift in the night, any place it goes is right. Goes far, flies near, to the stars away from here. Well, you don't know what we can find..."
Clue: It's usually the domain of genies, but not always. Title is three words.

Today we had a little reunion with Jimmy, Poui, and Umpie, Poui's mom. We haven't seen them in months, since they've been living in Australia. We really enjoy their company and they had lots to tell about their lives down under. We showed them pictures of the non-slip material we had put on our patio and they gave us more. Lunch was delicious and we tried some Thai desserts that were also quite good.

This evening we attended the Full Moon Party and made more friends. We met a couple from Ventura, CA. and had some good conversations. The party was made up of a diverse group of people and it was fun to move around and mingle. Next month we'll miss the party since we'll be hosting house guests. More on that later.

Tomorrow we have to get up early and go to Mae Sai immigration. On the way back we'll stop at the framer and check the progress being made. It's going to be one of those days.

Looks like a Wacky Wednesday.

Peace,
Danny
