Love

Hi,

The weather feels like fall. They don't call it that here, but that's how it feels. A little warmer today, and the night sky is clear. We spent the day at home, mostly trying to figure out the path of the water in Bangkok, and the logistics of the exhibit.

Well, a couple of readers got this one on the first day. It's a lyric that's open to lots of interpretation. Read on:
"Up on the hill, they've got time to burn, there's no return. Double helix in the sky tonight. Throw out the hardware, let's do it right. __, when all my dime dancin' is through, I run to you." Hint: These guys drank a big black cow, and got the Deacon Blues. Hmm.

Mr. Daku was in a boisterous, teenage mood today. It could be the weather, or it could be that he really is a dog after all. When he gets attracted to a scent, there's no stopping him from investigating. The neighbor's cat comes into the yard and that means the hunt is on. BamBam can get equally distracted by birds. She chases them out of the yard, and studies them in flight. I wonder what she's thinking?

Next month is the celebration of Loy Krathong (the 'H' is silent) and I've been wondering if there will be more offerings made to the rivers in light of what's been happening lately. Superstition being what it is here, my guess is that it will be an extra busy week. We'll see.

With Lisa's art exhibit just two weeks away, she's been very busy with the details that are involved. This is the first time we've had to plan something in another city, with an unknown gallery and it means there have been lots of phone calls, emails, and questions. I have every confidence that in the end, it will be a wonderful experience. Another chapter in the great adventure.

Have a Thrilling Thursday.

Peace,
Danny
