Gentleness

Hi,

We had partly cloudy skies for one of our busiest days lately. There was terrazzo cleaning, errand running, ticket buying, and a meeting with the internet, sort of. Tonight we go to a party.

I got some correct responses from some of our opera lovers. I know there are more out there.
"I see a little silhouetto of a man, scaramouch, scaramouch will you do the fandango? Thunderbolt and lightning, very, very frightening to me. Gallileo, Gallileo, (repeat x 2) Figaro - magnifico..." Clue: I know, doesn't make much sense, but maybe that's the beauty of it. Hmm, then again maybe it does. The title is in two words that are not in the song. What?

This morning Lisa drove us to the airport. I had to buy a ticket for a Bangkok trip later this month. She did a great job negotiating through town and up the Super Highway.

We had to rush back to the house to be ready for two friends of Boot's and ours, who were coming over to attack the stains on the terrazzo. Nui, and his younger brother Oui were at the house when we arrived. They worked for a long time, scrubbing and washing. It looks a lot better now.

A little after lunch we had a meeting with three people from 3BB internet. The new service will be installed in about a week. Today I signed the contract, but didn't realize that I'd have to pay in advance. That meant making a trip down to Big C to handle the rest of the business.

While I was at Big C, Lisa was having another Thai lesson with Tye. Today she learned that the words for scared and salt are basically the same, with a subtle pronunciation difference. If you don't get it just right you might be saying 'Please pass the scared'. After the lesson they picked up Napa from school and Lisa taught a ballet lesson.

Our new friend Kevin, from the crew from The Sold Project is celebrating a birthday so we're off to a party.

Have a Happy Tuesday.

Peace,
Danny
