We are at home in Chiang Rai. It’s been an extremely long day. Gong picked us up, Natcha had baked bread and brownies, Blue and Daku greeted us at the door, and later we got a smile from Neechanon.
I can’t believe that no one remembers the ‘Zany Day’ song. Here’s another verse that may jolt your memory:
“Forty kilometers in a leaky old boat. Any old thing that’ll stay afloat. When we arrive, we’ll all promote romance, romance, romance, romance.” Clue: If you do the math, you’ll be closer.
Today’s photo was taken at the Chiang Rai airport. This youth orchestra playing traditional instruments made our arrival even sweeter.
It’s after 10pm here and sleep is sitting on my shoulders, messing with my eyes.
